And so it begins ... Day 1 Of Intense Training

"The key objective of this month is RESULTS" - RU ACTIVE



After a longggg flight I finally arrived in Dubai to start my journey with the RU Gang

I met up with my very own Personal Trainer Chris Quint, and after getting a quick briefing, I was able to get a few hours sleep before the hard work began!

Up bright and early for a jam packed, intense day. I fought through my jet lag and allowed my excitement to get me raring to go.  




                           
Here I was at the gym with David Poole - Personal Trainer.
Although I had been to the gym in my home town now and again, this was a totally new experience to me, where I learnt lots of new exercises to tone and work different parts of my body. 



The Up Right Cable Row worked my shoulders, back, and the squats helped my butt! 



And we all know the dreaded PLANK ... this really tested me and in the next video you can see how long I lasted ...


To say this was my first day, I'm really looking forward to seeing how long I can last by the end of the programme!


The boys even managed to fit in having some giggles throughout the day!

I met some great people today and I appreciate this opportunity so much, not only am I excited to see the end results, but even more so, to get back on the stage and perform to the best I can!
